Im after someone who thinks they can bring something to an image, a story, a point of view or emotions that moves the viewer.
Think of a Chris Isaak song playing in the background, a dirty motel, clothes on the floor and an old car parked out the front, or a road in the middle of nowhere at sunset. Think David Lynch movies, think Bridget Bardot or Stella Stevens, think cigarettes and vintage underwear or just vintage in general, think sensuality and sexuality but not overtly, think Laetitia Casta in Chris Isaaks Baby did a bad bad thing clip

She must not be afraid of the camera, she must LOVE the camera and love to play up for it, she must love to be photographed and appreciate the process, she must have patience because I intend to use film and polaroid and lights and digital but whether it be a brand new camera or a 70 year old one every time I point the shiny end at her she must come alive and leave me in awe, she must want to be loved by the public because I intend to share the images throughout my websites, wanting to be a star wont hurt and wanting to be in a book wont hurt either because I want a new book and want her to be the star of it.
I want her to be open to her body, to her heart and to her soul, because I want to capture all three separately and combined in some cases. I would like her to put the project ahead of most things in your life, I want it to be the focus even if it is for a short amount of time in her life, I want her to look back on it and be proud of the images we created and want to show her family and friends until the day she dies.
I need time, because this kind of connection doesnt happen overnight, or one session once in a while, it needs to breath and live and grow into something amazing so the images are amazing. I want her to bring out something in me I didnt know I had and in turn I want to bring the same out in her.
I want dark, I want light, sad and lots of fun. I want depth.
You can be a headcase but bring it to the images in a positive not a negative way.
No jealous boyfriends or overly protective parents or people that hold you back.
Surrender to the process and I will reward you with not only amazing times and images but you might just learn a little bit about life as well. Also I had the chance to meet and work with Rachel and Candice the other day, so go and add them and encourage them to submit their amazing work here on dA......

come and nestle thy wounded spirit in the feathers of my oasis and feel it
feel the softest lightest touch of soothing
hear the gentlest barely audible words of one who through them is renewing
all that life has cast thy way, this I vow, each night on

Then the actress too good for the play,
Spoke the line she'd been dying to say,
